Let's go fly a Kite!

I got kites to go fly for Scott's birthday but we didn't end up flying them for a few weeks. We made an outing and went to the beach to have a picnic and fly kites with our friends the Gifts. I was the easiest kite flying I think I've ever done. Most of my memories of flying kites included us running around trying to get out kites in the air. These kites took off before we even had a foot of string unraveled. It was pretty fun and even Paige got in on the action.






Let's go fly a kite
Up to the highest height!
Let's go fly a kite and send it soaring
Up through the atmosphere
Up where the air is clear
Oh, let's go fly a kite!

    dang that would be so nice to actually get a kite off the ground! lucky!!
