Our Echo lives on!

First a little history... Since driving a Toyota Echo and realizing that there aren't very many of them, Scott and I play the slug bug game with Echos instead.

So now to the real story... After I picked Scott up from the airport yesterday we were constantly on the go running errands that needed to be done before we leave in a few days. As we were headed down to Provo we decided to make a detour, so we didn't sit in rush hour traffic, and stop at the Walmart on 45th. As we were leaving I saw an Echo Black just like the one I used to drive. So I hit Scott for it and we were about to be on our way. I had the weird thought, wondering if they ever rebuilt out car and sold it to anyone. At the same time Scott said "I think that's our Echo!" So we did another drive by. It had the same dents and scratches in the back bumper from my minor mishap with some black ice on the onramp a few years ago that I never got fixed. We were getting pretty excited as we drove around again and parked kitty-corner facing it. Then we noticed that it had the same small dent in the driver door! We were so excited that we waited until we saw who was driving it come out and get in his car and leave. I guess someone else is currently enjoying My Little Echo That Could.

And yes...  they had taken off the Hawaii stickers! :)
